COVID-19 Update:
In response to the government’s announcement on 04/01/2021, we would like to confirm that as essential retailers the Fielden Factors Group will remain open throughout the third Lockdown.
This includes our Todmorden, Rossendale and Hindley branches.
We would like to thank you for your continued support, for wearing a face covering (if able) and using the hand sanitiser when entering our premises.

In response to the governments announcement on 31/10/2020 we would like to confirm that as essential retailers the Fielden Factors Group will remain open throughout the second Lockdown.
This includes our Todmorden, Rossendale and Hindley branches who will follow the following opening hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Saturday 8am - 12pm
We would like to thank you for your continued support, for wearing a mask (if able) and using the hand sanitiser when entering our shops.

COVID-19 Update:
Our yards continue to operate in a limited capacity whilst maintaining the guidelines set out by the government.
We are working extremely hard to manage as many customer collections and deliveries as possible, please be patient while we try to facilitate your order.
A number of our yards are operating on a pre order and collection/delivery basis only, if in doubt please contact your local branch for further details.
Our phone lines are extremely busy at the moment please do bear with us while we try to answer as many calls as possible.

Whilst our yards are currently closed for retail, from Monday 20th April we will have a skeleton staff in each of our branches who will be working extremely hard to provide a limited number of pre-organised collections and deliveries.

COVID-19 Update:
From 27th March 2020 onwards, all branches will be closed until further notice due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
As a family owned and run business, it’s in our DNA to try to support customers and local businesses and have kept our branches open and fully functioning for as long as possible. However, we must also ensure the safety and well-being of all of our staff, customers, their families and the greater good.
We would like to extend a huge thank-you to our brilliant team who have worked incredibly hard under very difficult
circumstances and busy trading conditions in the final few days of trading. Also, to our loyal customers who have continued to support us.
We will be making contact with anyone who has an order placed over the coming days to arrange a refund or to reschedule.
As soon as we are safely able, we will be opening our doors and look forward to serving our customers again.
